Rega is a technology platform operated by P.K.Z. Your Point Services Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus. References on this website to “Rega”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to the platform and its operator unless the context identifies another provider.
Rega provides software, workflow coordination, information collection, communications, provider matching, status tracking, and related technology for company-formation and corporate-administration processes. Rega can be accessed through supported web, application, API, CLI, white-label, or hosted experiences.

Rega is not a licensed CSP
Rega is not a licensed corporate service provider, registered agent, company registry, bank, payment institution, exchange, investment firm, tax authority, or regulator.
Incorporation, registered-office, registered-agent, filing, company-secretarial, compliance, and other regulated or jurisdiction-specific services are delivered by independent corporate service providers that hold the licences, registrations, permissions, or professional standing required for the relevant service and jurisdiction. The identity and scope of the provider may vary by jurisdiction, entity type, activity, and customer profile.
A provider may apply its own engagement terms, acceptance criteria, compliance procedures, pricing, timelines, renewal terms, and service limitations. Where provider-specific terms apply, they form part of the service arrangement presented for the relevant order.
No guarantee of incorporation or financial-service approval
Submitting information, receiving a quote, paying for a formation package, or completing one provider’s checks does not guarantee that a company will be incorporated, that a requested name will be approved, or that a bank, payment provider, exchange, broker, custodian, or other regulated business will approve an account or product.
Registries, CSPs, banks, verification providers, regulators, and other third parties make their own decisions and may request additional information, impose conditions, reject an application, or change their processing times. Formation data may reduce repeated collection where reuse is lawful and permitted, but it does not remove a provider’s independent KYC, KYB, sanctions, source-of-funds, risk, or eligibility obligations.

Pricing, prepaid services, and refunds

Government fees, registry fees, third-party charges, taxes, renewals, filings, penalties, translations, notarisation, legalisation, courier charges, advice, and out-of-scope work are included only when expressly stated.
Some incorporation services are prepaid. Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable Terms of Service and any order-specific conditions shown before payment. Work already performed and fees already paid or irrecoverably committed to CSPs, registries, verification providers, advisers, or other third parties may be deducted or non-refundable, subject to mandatory law.
Website and intellectual property
The Rega name, website, software, interfaces, text, graphics, workflows, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, republished, reverse engineered, or used to misrepresent an affiliation without permission, except where applicable law expressly permits the relevant use.

Applicable documents
Use of Rega is also governed by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Service-specific quotes, order forms, provider terms, or written agreements may add to or replace general website terms for the relevant service.
