The Cayman Registrar reviews the filing and makes the incorporation decision. WB Corporate Services (Cayman) Ltd. handles the relevant corporate-service work and filings. Rega coordinates communication and delivery.
How long does incorporation take?
Timing depends on complete accepted documents, signed forms, payment, provider review and Registry processing. Rega does not promise a fixed deadline on this page.
Who contracts with and invoices the customer?
The applicable quote, order form, invoice and provider terms determine the contracting and invoicing arrangements. This page explains operational roles and does not create a different payment or contracting structure.
What does the optional 20-year Cayman tax undertaking cover?
It concerns specified Cayman taxes for the stated period. It is not a worldwide tax exemption and does not remove tax or reporting obligations in other countries.
Does a package guarantee a bank or merchant account?
No. Rega can coordinate an application where available, but each bank, EMI, payment platform or merchant provider applies its own KYC, eligibility and approval process.
