What is an ELC?
ELC means exempted limited company, the Cayman company type offered through Rega. Across this page, we refer to it simply as a Cayman limited company.
Who provides the Cayman corporate services?
WB Corporate Services (Cayman) Ltd., a CIMA-regulated Corporate Service Provider, provides the Cayman corporate services and handles the relevant filings. Rega coordinates the workflow.
What documents are required?
